On June 1st  2007, the company started business activity as APREO LOGISTICS SA, however it may be proud of its background. A key part of the team and organizational culture is adopted from companies: Euroad, Equus and C.Hartwig.

In December 2010 Apreo Logistics SA and Tar Heel Capital, the fund financing the transaction, have acquired a significant part of assets and operations of the bankrupt logistics operator Equus. Pursuant to the transaction, Apreo purchased the controlling interests of profitable and healthy companies from Equus Group – Transmlecz,  EquusFresh and Spedycja Kolejowa i Drogowa Sp. z o.o..
