We put at your disposal our knowledge and our many years experience in the transport and logistics services. Apreo Logistics offers its partners cooperation using modern professional tools. The activities of our company are mainly based on IT technology that is why we consistently invest in advanced information solutions. Since Euroad times we have been a leader in the field of information technology systems. In 2008 and 2003 the company won the title of IT Leader awarded by "Computerworld" and in 2002-2003 we won the prize of "Złoty Bit" for our own program "SWIP".

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS

In Apreo Logistics we use ERP class fully integrated information system based on our own program SWIP including modules of electronic documents circulation (ESOD) and CRM integrating management of operating processes with f-k system. All departments in our company are informatized and fully integrated which means that the input to the system by one department is immediately visible and obligatory for other departments. All the company employees: the departments of domestic shipping, international shipping, marketing, vindication, administration, human resources, the board of directors, IT specialists work within SWIP/ESOD/CRM systems. The information system of Apreo is integrated with selected clients' and carriers' systems and enables the data flow in actual time.

The systems are on-line integrated, files import/export integration is not used-which helps always provide up-to-date information.

CORPORATE INTRANET

Corporate intranet means access to many applications and functions, which IT department makes available to the users. The access to intranet is preceded by the users' authorization. Depending on the user's profile, set by IT department, there is a particular set of functions they can use. Through INTRANET users can start:

SWIP system managing the fleet and transport orders, it consists of the system for bilateral communication with drivers and subcontractors and vehicle monitoring system, EDI communication module.
CRM system managing relations with clients/subcontractors and analyzing clients contact details; offers generating; price lists, contacts, routes management.
CRM VINDICATION (CRM enriched with functionality especially supporting vindication department work).
ESOD (electronic documents circulation system) integrated with SWIP/CRM and Symfonia systems enables to follow the documents circulation within the company and to scan and attach scanned images of particular documents to clients orders.
