Beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT on May 14, 2025, imported products of China - including those from Hong Kong and Macau - entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption will be subject to a 10% reciprocal tariff. Filers should report such products under:
This 10% tariff replaces the previous 125% rate, pursuant to the 90-day tariff suspension outlined in the Executive Order. Filers should discontinue the use of heading 9903.01.63. CBP confirmed that the 20% IEEPA illicit drug tariff remains in effect for products of China and Hong Kong.
