On June 20, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) launched a new Forced Labor Allegation Portal to help trade users report suspected forced labor in supply chains.

Key features of the portal include

  • Anonymous submissions: Users can report allegations without revealing their identity.
  • Document uploads: Users can view and attach supporting documents to their submissions.
  • Improved coordination: The portal streamlines data sharing and review across CBP’s Forced Labor Division, Office of Field Operations, and Centers of Excellence and Expertise.

To support users, CBP will host three webinars demonstrating how to access and use the portal:

CBP has issued a corrected notice (CSMS# 65408039) confirming the official portal link: https://flallegation.cbp.gov
