Effective July 8, 2026, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will require electronic filing (eFiling) in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for all imported regulated products.
To help importers prepare for this change, the CPSC eFiling team will host a virtual office hours session featuring selected participants from the voluntary eFiling stage. These participants will share their experiences with the eFiling process. The session will include an open Q&A following interviews with importers and customs brokers.
